Returns are accepted within 7 days. All products must be returned in the same condition and any seals must not be broken. All return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
Please be aware, we are a working salon so we try to process orders within 1 working day but please allow for busy periods. We will always endeavour to get orders out to clients as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, delivery times are usually 1-2 working days, We only process orders Monday-Friday.
